IronWorks is a downtown planned community that complements  both the urban environment and the river context in which it is situated.   Located in the heart of Mishawaka, this community creates an extension of  the downtown while offering the distinctive lifestyle of urban living with diverse residential options. 

Situated on the former Uniroyal plant site, IronWorks sets the standard in the Midwest for revitalized downtown, urban development and re-use of brownfield space.  The project creates a source of community pride, fostering economic development and the creation of jobs, public spaces and tourism. 

Arkos Design is working on numerous parcels that are now in design development, including the Townes at Kamm Island, mixed-use buildings and retail spaces.
