This multi-phased building addition and renovation serve as the headquarters for the offices of Mennonite Mutual Aid.  Incorporating sustainable design practices such as passive solar design and renewable materials the project serves as a model for the integration of new construction and renovation of existing spaces.  Site implementation of bio-retention ponds and native vegetation further minimize the impact to the environment.  The project is slated to be a LEED-Silver building once completed.
